This is an important Heathrow tip: do not, under any circumstance, use the computeried check-in at Heathrow. The "fast bag drop" last week was an hour long while the manual check-in was about a fifth that. I don't think they've understood that they've now forced everyone to check in bags, that maybe more people will check in bags. Could flying get any more inconvienient?
